Corelation Spring Shindig
In March 2023, Lawrence orchestrated a seamless and unforgettable week known as the "Spring Shindig" for 300 Corelation employees. He partnered with the marketing team to brand and promote the exciting week of festivities. A hosted omelet bar, massages, yoga, ping pong tournament and Gulls vs. Roadrunners hockey game were a few of the many successful activities planned and executed. Everything led up to the main Corelation gathering at the vibrant Kettner Exchange restaurant in the heart of Downtown San Diego. The purpose of this sports-themed event was to reunite all dedicated and hardworking Corelation team members hailing from all corners of the United States, and to celebrate their exceptional achievements. Lawrence's visionary approach ensured that every aspect of the main gathering was tailored to enhance camaraderie, enjoyment, and appreciation.
Lawrence collaborated with the venue to provide a delightful buffet of delectable Asian-inspired cuisine. He also collaborated with the marketing team by adding a creative touch with custom-named cocktails that related to Corelation's software, KeyStone, and the company culture. As attendees enjoyed the food and drinks, the ambiance pulsated with energy as the DJ curated an irresistible playlist, coaxing even the most reserved individuals onto the dance floor. As the evening unfolded, Lawrence introduced a silent disco wherein the DJ's beats resonated through wireless headphones, creating an intimate yet collective euphoria for all.
