Encore Involvement
Synchrony enlisted the services of Encore as their chosen software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider for the 2020 National Sales Meeting, held at the Walt Disney World resort in Orlando, Florida.
In this capacity, Lawrence assumed the role of technical project manager and partnered internally with cross-functional teams in product management, UX, marketing, and sales. Leveraging Encore's content management system, Lawrence adeptly crafted a superhero-themed application boasting a diverse range of functionalities intended to captivate and engage event attendees. These functionalities encompassed a tailored agenda, a comprehensive user guide, detailed speaker biographies along with professional headshots, presentation materials, real-time polling capabilities, feedback solicitation via surveys, an e-business card exchange platform, an interactive photo gallery for uploads, a dynamic message board for participant interactions, and a live Q&A component. Ultimately, Lawrence and his dedicated team executed the event on-site with utmost precision and excellence, delivering a highly satisfactory outcome for the client.
