USS Midway Museum Closing Reception

The 12th Annual Corelation Hybrid Client Conference concluded with a closing reception at the USS Midway Museum on June 1, 2023. Lawrence spearheaded the planning and execution of this celebratory event for all credit union clients, vendors, and Corelation employees to enjoy. He continued to partner with internal cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, CRMs, legal, and finance for multiple aspects. With a keen eye for detail and a desire to create a memorable experience, Lawrence made a unique decision to include a Tom Cruise lookalike, adding a touch of excitement that aligned perfectly with the conference's "Top Gun" theme. The charming impersonator seamlessly blended with the ambiance, delighting guests with an enjoyable and unexpected surprise. Alongside the lookalike, the photo booth became a hub of joy and laughter for all attendees. Guests couldn't resist striking poses with the doppelgänger, resulting in a series of fun-filled memories that they could cherish forever.

Lawrence also ensured the reception boasted a diverse range of entertainment. The DJ played his jams in the hangar bay while guests enjoyed their hors d'oeuvres. Then, the live band took center stage on the flight deck with their dynamic cover tunes as folks flocked to the dance floor. A corn hole tournament for charity occurred simultaneously on the flight deck and was hosted by one of Corelation's vendor partners, Xpress Data Inc. The tournament was a resounding success as multiple credit unions received checks for their charitable causes.
